the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to repeal of                  
regulations by the legislature, was read the third time.                       
                                                                               
Senator Lincoln called the Senate.  The call was satisfied.                    
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 11                      
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska
